Krisi's Green Smoothie

  • 1 Cup Coconut Water
  • 2 Handfuls Spinach
  • Small Slice Fresh Ginger
  • Mint - 4 sprigs
  • 1/2 banana (frozen is best)
  • 1 apple
  • Juice of 1/2 Lime
  • 1 teaspoon Coconut Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Hemp Seeds
  • 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
  • 5 Cubes Ice

Lisa's Green Smoothie

  • 1 Almond Milk or Water
  • 2 Handfuls Spinach
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 2 Stalks Celery
  • 1 Pear or Apple
  • 1 Teaspoon Coconut Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Chia Seed
  • 1 Tablespoon Hemp Seed
  • Protein Powder (optional)
  • 5 Cubes Ice
