1 Purple Cabbage (thinly sliced)
2 Carrots (grated)
3 tbsps Sesame Oil
3 tbsps Rice Vinegar
1 Garlic (clove, minced)
1/4 cup Sesame Seeds (toasted). Pepitas also work well.
Sea Salt & Black Pepper (to taste)
In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, carrots, sesame oil, rice vinegar, garlic, sesame seeds, salt and pepper. Mix well. Enjoy!
