Let me introduce myself – my name is Lisa Cohen and I’m a certified nutritionist and exercise physiologist who helps people enjoy a great quality of life for years to come and to look and feel great, have the energy to focus on what matters most to them. 

I put this challenge together to make it easily accessible for people to get back on track with their health and fitness goals.  I know how difficult it can be to try to make health and lifestyle changes on your own.  Now you’ll be plugged into a community of people that share your same goals.   

What I especially liked about working with Lisa is she never made me feel bad about my body or my “perceived shortcomings”. I didn’t want a “boot camp” experience and found that kind of training intimidating. Lisa understood where I was coming as a mom and how birthing changes your body.
