Here’s how I put all those years of study and training to use:

For 18 years, I’ve been providing health coaching and nutritional counseling. I’ve helped my clients to dramatically improve the quality of their lives through the health and fitness programs I’ve personally developed. My work with clients is not just limited to office appointments, but includes grocery shopping tours, kitchen makeovers, cooking classes, private fitness training, group fitness classes and outdoor fitness. I’ve lead many types of wellness retreats for individuals, groups and corporations that focus on fitness, nutrition, yoga and meditation.

I’ve been a speaker at conferences, businesses and schools. I’ve spoken and taught classes on countless topics including healthy cooking, weight loss, wellness for teens, worksite wellness, dining out, clean eating, and sports nutrition. Teaching people to Love their Lives is my passion. – I’ll do whatever it takes to achieve that!

My work is inspired by my own life as a business owner, an athlete and a busy parent. So I understand the challenges of staying fit and healthy, while balancing family life and pursuing your passion. This is why I work one-on-one with my clients, to teach inspiring and flexible ways to stay healthy, lose weight and regain strength while balancing a busy life.
